Chelsey has been working in the tattoo industry since 2017, after graduating with her Bachelor’s in Fine Art from UNM. Chelsey was drawn to the art of tattoo because of its rich culture, diversity, and integration into everyday life. Chelsey was inspired to open High Chroma Tattoo with her partner in life and crime, Aldo, because they’ve always wanted to bring a bright and colorful vision of happiness to a sometimes cold, gray world.
Chelsey was born and raised in Albuquerque, has an affinity for cats and garbage tv, loves drag queens, adores pizza, and enjoys traveling to tattoo conventions in new cities. She has been tattooing for 6 years now, and is eager create something uniquely special for you – especially if it involves loads of bright color. Come share your story with Chelsey!
